Analysis Services – Continuation Of The In-Depth Measurement Program Lower Saxony Way In 2027 (With Option For 2028) (Organic Trace Analysis). As Part Of The So-Called Lower Saxony Way, The Nlwkn Carries Out Pollutant Tests In Surface Waters Throughout Lower Saxony On Behalf Of The Lower Saxony Ministry For The Environment, Energy And Climate Protection In Order To Check The Effectiveness Of Waterside Strips, Including The Entry Of Plant Protection Products Into Surface Waters (According To Nwg § 58). This Should Be Done With Particular Attention To Second And Third Order Water Bodies As Well As To The Exceptional Setting Of Agricultural Landscapes With High Water Density. For This Purpose, Water Samples From A Total Of 26 Surface Water Measuring Points Are To Be Examined Monthly Within The Year 2027 For Up To 162 Defined Individual Compounds (Mainly Plant Protection Products, Metabolites, Wastewater Indicators) In The Overall Water Phase. Subject To The Pending Approval Of The Budget For 2028, The Above-Mentioned Examinations Should Also Be Carried Out Within 2028 In The Same Manner And In The Same Number Of Samples. If The Necessary Budget Funds Are Not Approved Or Made Available, No Commission Can Be Made For The Year 2028. A Notification As To Whether The Option Of Testing For 2028 Will Be Taken Is Expected To Be Sent By October 31, 2027. The Sampling Will Be Carried Out By The Respective Nlwkn Operating Offices. The Transport/Shipping Of The Samples To The Contractors Laboratory Must Be Organized And Included In The Price By The Contractor Himself. The Client Reserves The Right To Adapt The Scope Of The Analytes To Be Examined To The Available Budget Resources (I.E. Selection Between Analysis Packages A) - C)).
