The Building Has A Basement And Four Full Floors. The Event Room With Stage And Auditorium Extends Partially Over All Four Rising Floors And Forms The Largest Elevation In The Building. The Decisive Factor In Starting The Renovation Work Was Water Damage In Part Of The Building. This Mainly Affected The Stage Area, The Hall And The Basement. The Subject Of The Tender Is The New Guidance Systems (Wayfinding).
