The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Educational Kits For Conducting Robotics Classes As Part Of The Project Kraśnik - Safe City Of The New Generation. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented Under The Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program Co-Financed By The Second Edition Of Swiss Financial Assistance For Selected Member States Of The European Union In Order To Reduce Socio-Economic Differences Within The European Union - The Project Titled Kraśnik - Safe City New Generation” And The State Budget. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of 150 Educational Kits For Mobile Robotics, Intended For Conducting Robotics Classes For Children And Teenagers. 4. Each Set Must Constitute A Complete, Ready-To-Use System For Building, Programming And Training Mobile Robots, Enabling The Implementation Of Stem/Steam Projects (Stem - Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics; Steam - Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) And Preparation For Participation In Robotic Tournaments Based On The Autonomous Performance Of Tasks On A Mat Or Operating Field. 5. All Structural And Electronic Elements Included In A Single Set Must Create One Coherent, Mutually Compatible System Enabling The Construction, Programming And Use Of The Robot Without The Need To Use Structural Or Electronic Elements From Another, Incompatible System. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Delivery Addresses Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 7. The Contractor Will Perform The Order Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz, Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 8. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Purchase Of Sets And Their Delivery, I.E. Transport, Unloading And Bringing In. 9. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Sets Constituting The Subject Of The Order Are Brand New, Unused, Have The Required Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz), Are Undamaged, Technically Functional, Complete And Ready For Use And Meet The Standards Required By Polish Law. The Ordering Party Excludes The Delivery Of Exhibition Equipment. The Equipment Must Have Ce - Conformité Européenne Or Equivalent Declarations, And Must Be Accompanied By The Necessary Instructions And Materials Regarding Use - In Polish Or English. The Subject Of The Order Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Approvals Allowing For Sale And Use In Poland. 10. The Delivered Sets Must Be Of Full Value And Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Norms And Standards. The Equipment Must Come From Mass Production And Cannot Belong To The Group Of Devices Intended To Be Withdrawn From Production. 11. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Cannot Be Encumbered With Any Claims Of Third Parties, Cannot Be The Subject Of A Pledge, Tax Lien Or Seizure In Enforcement Proceedings.
