Software Supply Services – Open House Approval Process For Approving Distributors For The Opendesk Ecosystem. The Subject Of The Announcement Is The Approval Of Companies As Distributors For The Opendesk Ecosystem Within The Framework Of An Open Approval System. Opendesk Is An Open Source Office And Collaboration Suite. The Suite Bundles Functions For Document Editing, File And Knowledge Management, Email, Calendar, Contacts, Chat, Video Conferences, Project And Task Management As Well As Identity And Access Management In A Web-Based Environment. The Opendesk Portfolio Is Made Up Of Software Components From Various Component Manufacturers And The Opendesk Integration Layer. Zendis Is Responsible For The Composition, Further Development And Packaging Of The Portfolio And Sets Quality, Security And Interoperability Standards. The Approved Distributors Form The Sales Level Between Zendis Or The Components Of The Opendesk Portfolio And The Downstream Network Of It Partners. Based On The Package Configurations Specified By Zendis, They Put Together Combinations Of Individual Software Components Into Bundles, Use Them To Create Time-Limited Subscription Offers And Distribute Them Via The It Partners Integrated Into Their Partner Network. According To The Intended Sales Model, The Distributor Does Not Act Directly Towards End Customers. End Customer Sales And, In Particular, Setup, Integration, Operation And Support Are Carried Out By The Integrated It Partners. With The Positive Approval Decision, The Distributor Agreement Is Concluded Between Zendis And The Applicant On The Previously Published, Uniform And Non-Negotiable Conditions. The Distributor Agreement Regulates In Particular Admission To The Opendesk Ecosystem, Usage And Sublicensing Rights To The Software Components And The Opendesk Integration Layer, Access To The Opendesk Repositories And License Keys, The Use Of The Official Opendesk Distributor Designation And The Distributors Obligations In The Design And Distribution Of Bundles And Subscriptions. The Subject Of The Approval Is The Respective Applicant As A Sales Partner. There Is No Technical Testing Or Integration Of The Applicants Software Product. The Admission Of Component Manufacturers To The Opendesk Portfolio Is Not The Subject Of This Procedure. The Process Is Designed As An Open House Approval Process. There Is No Comparative Selection Decision Between The Applicants. There Is No Evaluation, Ranking Or Prioritization Of Suitable Applicants. Any Applicant Who Meets All Previously Announced Admission Requirements Will Be Admitted Under The Same Conditions. An Increase In Performance, Experience Or Economic Equipment Does Not Justify Priority. The Number Of Admissions Is Not Limited.
