The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture With Its Registered Office In Warsaw (Al. Jana Pawła Ii 70, 00-175 Warsaw), Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party, Of The Atik Service For The Software Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Specification Of Terms Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz), In Accordance With The General Principles Of The Manufacturer And Pppu. 2. The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Use The Atik Service Under The Agreement For 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Atik Service Commencement Protocol Referred To In § 4 Section 2 Ppu (But Not Earlier Than February 1, 2027 - The Day Following The Date Of Expiry Of The Ordering Partys Support For The Software) Until January 31, 2030. 3.
