Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas – Ongoing Maintenance Of Green Areas And Tree Care In The City Of Głogów. 1) As Part Of The Awarded Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Following Works: A) Mowing Grass Surfaces With Mowing, B) Mowing Grass Surfaces Without Mowing, C) Removing Leaves From Parks, Squares, Green Areas With Removal, D) Removing Leaves From Parks, Squares, Green Areas - With A Blower - Without Removal, E) Mechanical Shredding Of Leaves, F) Cutting Hedges And Shrubs, G) Cutting Perennials, H) Removing Shrubs And Grubbing Up, I) Spraying Against Mosquitoes, J) Spraying Against Pests And Diseases, K) Watering Flower Beds And Trees And Shrubs, L) Pruning Tree Crowns (Correcting The Shape, Removing Deadwood), M) Removing Trees, N) Removing Stumps, O) Removing Broken Branches And Branches (Remains Of Trees After Storms), P) Preparation And Transport Of Firewood For Residents, Q) Removal Of Self-Seeding Trees 2) Method Of Carrying Out Work: A) It Is Not Allowed To Throw Collected Pollutants Into Waste Bins, Leave Pollutants Generated During The Work, Sweeping, Raking, Or Blowing Pollutants Into Areas Adjacent To The Serviced Green Areas In Adjacent Areas. B) To Perform The Work, Technically Efficient Equipment Should Be Used, Which, When Used As Intended, Will Not Pose A Threat To Human Health, Animals Or The Environment. C) The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Nature Protection Act And In Accordance With The Art Of Gardening, Applicable Standards, Regulations And Technical Knowledge, In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Area Users. D) The Contractor Is Obliged, Throughout The Duration Of The Works, To Maintain Order In The Area Covered By The Works And In Places Adjacent To The Works Area That May Be Contaminated As A Result Of The Works (E.G. Pedestrian Routes, Bicycle Paths, Roads, Street Green Belts). E) In The Immediate Vicinity Of Residential Buildings, Work Using Combustion Equipment And Other Equipment Causing Noise Should Be Carried Out At Night (10 P.M. - 6 A.M.). F) Plant Remains And Waste Generated During The Work Must Be Removed No Later Than 8:00 A.M. On The Day Following The Completion Of The Work; Waste Cannot Be Left In The Field On Weekends Or Holidays. G) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Equipment And Materials To Perform The Above-Mentioned Works As Well As Insecticides Approved By The Ordering Party. H) All Waste Related To The Execution Of The Order Will Be Transferred To The Municipal Installation At Ul. Komunalna 3 In Głogów For Their Development. I) As Part Of The Provision Of Services Covered By This Order, The Contractor Becomes A Waste Producer And Is Obliged To Keep Waste Records In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste. J) The Contractor Declares That He Is An Entrepreneur Who, In The Scope Of His Business Activity, Performs The Activities That Are The Subject Of This Order, And Has The Necessary Knowledge, Skills, Equipment, Qualifications
