Building-Cleaning Services – The Performance Of The Comprehensive Cleaning Service Of Municipal Buildings, Sports Facilities And Early Childhood And Primary Education Centers Dependent On The Antequera City Council, As It Is Necessary For The Fulfillment And Realization Of Its Institutional Purposes And There Is A Lack Of The Means And Personnel To Carry Out The Cleaning Tasks In These Spaces.. This Contract Includes All The Cleaning Needs That Have Been Carried Out In The Different Public Buildings, Sports Facilities And Early Childhood And Primary Educational Centers And The New Cleaning Needs That The Different Municipal Areas Have Transferred To The Unit Processing The Contract, Whether These Needs Are Due To Insufficient Hours Or Due To The Incorporation Of New Spaces Or An Increase In Public Use Time In Some Of Them. These New Needs Have Increased Cleaning Hours And Frequencies In Some Places, Just As New Cleaning Hours And Frequencies Have Been Included In Spaces That Until Now Did Not Exist. In The Same Way, Cleaning Hours Have Been Reduced Or Eliminated In Centers And Cleaning In Buildings That Are No Longer The Responsibility Of The Antequera City Council. The Cleaning Service Will Be Provided In All Existing Exterior And Interior Spaces Within The Envelope Of Municipal Buildings, Facilities And Educational Centers. The Service To Be Provided By The Successful Bidder Involves Carrying Out All The Work Necessary To Achieve A State Of Cleanliness, In The Broadest Sense Of The Word, And Must Have The Appropriate Personnel In Number And Professional Competence, As Well As The Equipment Of Tools, Machinery, Cleaning Supplies And Products For The Same, Which Will Be Duly Attended To In A Timely Manner, Considering As Its Most Essential And Minimum Obligations Those Detailed In The Ppt According To Its Typology And Use Of Each Building.
