Tenders Are Invited For The Object Of This Contract Is The Municipal Shed Rehabilitation Project. The Current Municipal Shed Is Used To Store Potash And Snow Machinery. It Is Made Up Of 1.45M High Reinforced Concrete Perimeter Retaining Walls Over Which There Is A Retractable Canvas Cover. The Pavement Is Metal And Is Very Deteriorated Due To Oxidation And The Roof Is Torn And Leaking. The Shed Has External Dimensions Of 5.23 X 5.58 M And An Internal Free Height Of 3.5 M. The Roof Is Gabled With A 30% Slope. In The Process Of Rehabilitating The Existing Shed, The Height Will Be Changed So That The Municipal Tractor And Its Equipment Can Access Its Interior. The Tarpaulin And The Existing Metal Structure Will Be Dismantled By Manual Means. The New Structure Will Be Made Up Of Steel Pillars And Beams. The Pillars Will Be Anchored On The Existing Concrete Wall Using Plates Anchored With Threaded Rods Or Corrugated Bars With Chemical Anchoring.
