The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Mixed And Segregated Municipal Waste From Real Estate Residing In The Siemkowice Commune In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2029 And Equipping Them With Waste Containers Or Bags, According To Arrangements With The Ordering Party. Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Collect And Manage Waste: A) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste; B) Separated Municipal Waste C) Municipal Waste From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) D) Bulky Waste - On The Basis Of Mobile Collection Of The Above-Mentioned. Waste From Outside The Property. The Contractor Undertakes To Manage The Entire Mass Of Collected Municipal Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And To Keep Quantitative Records In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard.
