The Subject Of This Contract Is: Major Repair (Rehabilitation) Of Municipal Road Bgs2050 - Iii-539, Dyulevo - Rusokastro - /Granitsa Municipality / Kameno - Sredets/ - Suhodol - Orlintsi /Iii-795/, Sredets Municipality From Km 7+245.74 To Km 12+788.98 The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities: Activity - Implementation Of The Smr For The Realization Of The Construction Of The Site, According To The Prepared Investment Projects, Quantities And Types Of Smr And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification, The Proposal For The Execution Of The Order And The Price Proposal. The Subject Of This Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities, Which Are Related To The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works Of The Construction And Are A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It: • The Construction Works Are Carried Out According To The Investment Project For The Construction Prepared And Approved By The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Prescriptions And Orders In The Order Book. • Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Necessary And Corresponding To The Technical Specifications And The Working Project (Building Materials, Including Concrete Mixtures, Reinforcing Steel, Waterproofing And Other Materials, Products, Elements, Details, Sets And Others). • Organization Of The Activities Of Collection, Transportation, Disposal And Utilization Of The Construction And Other Waste Arising As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Activities, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation. • Compilation Of Construction Documents And Preparation Of Executive Documentation. • Elimination Of The Deficiencies Identified During The Handover Of The Construction And Its Acceptance By The Employer. • Participation In The Procedure For Putting The Construction Into Operation. • Warranty Maintenance Of The Construction, Including Removal Of Defects During The Warranty Periods Specified In The Public Procurement Contract.
