Description Of The Subject Of The Order 4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties And Pszok In The Gruta Commune In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027. 4.1.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Collection Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties, 2) Collection Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties: 3) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Delivered By Residents To The Point Of Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste (Pszok), 4.1.2. The Service Also Includes: 1) Equipping Residential Properties With Containers In Quantities And Sizes Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz - Annex No. 1 To The Swz). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4.2 The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide Into Parts For The Following Reasons: The Ordering Party Is Not Able To Technically Determine The Division Of How And To What Extent Different Contractors Could Perform The Above-Mentioned Subject Of The Order. The Lack Of Division Of This Contract Into Lots Does Not Limit The Availability On The Market For Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises. Every Company Operating In The Waste Management Market Has Access To This Order. 4.3 The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 4.4 The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3.1. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding A Contract Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3.2. Scope Of Expected Services To Be Awarded: The Orders Will Consist In Repeating Similar Orders As The Basic Orders And Will Be Consistent With The Subject Of The Basic Order, I.E. Covered By The Open Tender And Described In Annex No. 1 Of The Swz. 3.3. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Value Of The Contract To Be Awarded May Amount To A Maximum Of 50% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract. 3.4. Conditions Under Which The Order (Repetition Of Similar Services) Will Be Awarded: - In The Event Of Exhaustion Of The Amount Referred To In § Determining The Value Of The Contract - In The Event Of A Prolonged Procedure For Awarding Another Order In An Open Procedure, Which Should Also Be Understood As The Lack Of Resolution Of The Proceedings In Such A Procedure, - The Award Of The Order Will Be Preceded By Conducting A Single-Source Procedure, After Negotiations With The Contractor. 3.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Obligation To Carry Out An On-Site Visit And Does Not Require The Submission Of An Offer After The On-Site Visit Or After The Contractor Has Checked The Documents Necessary To Perform The Order, Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.
