Heating, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installation Work – Tu Dresden - Awarding Of Planning And Construction Services For A Dust Removal System For The Center For Green Circular Economy (Circecon). The Subject Of The Award Is The Planning And Structural Implementation Of The Dedusting System In The Circecon Project In Hall V. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Functional Production Of The Dedusting System Based On The Attached Concept Plan As An Integrated Overall Service Consisting Of Planning, Delivery, Assembly, Structural Implementation, Commissioning And Documentation. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Implementation And Detailed Planning Of The Entire System Based On The Concept Planning And The Functional Performance And Quality Requirements Specified In The Tender Documents. The Concept Planning Represents The Planning Basis Of The Tender And Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Technical, Functional And Constructive Development And Optimization Of His Performance. The Contractor Owes A Complete Solution That Is Ready For Implementation, Compliant With Standards, Safe And Permanently Operable, Which Fulfills All The Functions And Requirements Specified In The Functional Performance And Quality Requirements. The Facility Is Scheduled To Be Completed By December 31, 2026 At The Latest. The Contractor Undertakes To Adhere To The Agreed Project Deadlines And To Test And Optimize The System During A One-Year Trial Operation Phase.
