The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Delivery Of A New Motor Vehicle - A Bus With Modifications For A Driving School Training Vehicle (Hereinafter Referred To As The Bus). The Delivery Is Subject To The Following Requirements: - The Bus Will Contain At Least 47 Seats For Passengers And Two Additional Seats For The Driver And The Driving School Teacher; - Delivery Of The Bus To The Clients Headquarters; - Checking And Demonstrating The Functionality Of The Bus Upon Handover; - Supply Of Equipment Prescribed For Bus Operation By Legal Regulations And Technical Standards; - Submission Of All Documents Necessary For Registration And Putting The Bus Into Operation; - Handing Over All Documents Necessary For The Use Of The Bus, Indicating The Method Of Use, Instructions For The Maintenance Of The Bus, A List Of Authorized Service Points, Identification Of The Manufacturer, And These Documents Must Be In The Czech Language, Except For Professional Technical Names; - Handover Of Documents Documenting The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Set Forth In The Purchase Contract, The Requirements Set Forth By Legal Regulations And Technical Standards Effective On The Date Of Handover Of The Subject Of Performance; - Training Of Persons Authorized By The Contracting Authority.
