Repair And Maintenance Services For Pumps, Valves, Taps And Metal Containers And Machinery – North Ostrobothnia Regulation Dam Maintenance And Emergency Service Contract 2027-2029. The Service Contract Covers The Work In Accordance With The Fault And Disruption Service Contract For The Regulation Dams In Northern Ostrobothnia. The Task Is Also To Act As An Expert In The Water Management Department Of The Lapland Vitality Centers Water Management Department And To Take Care Of The Equipment Covered By The Contract In A Cost-Effective Manner From The Owners Point Of View. The Contract Period Is Three Years. The Prices For The First Contract Year Are Fixed. The Prices Of The Second And Third Contract Years Can Be Revised According To The Index Condition Defined In The Request For Tender. With The Approval Of Both Parties, The Agreement Can Be Extended For One Two (2) Year Option Period. The Price Of The Option Period Is Determined According To The Index Condition Defined In The Request For Tender. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, As The Works Form A Whole, Which The Customer Manages Most Effectively Through A Single Contract.
