Excluded, For The 48 Month Period, Divided As Follows: O Euro 1,963,195.00 Net Of Vat For The Basic Period Of 36 Months, Divided As Follows:  Euro 1,402,430.00 Net Of Vat What Amount, To Be Reduced, For The Continuous Fee Services And Including 20,000 Euros For The Start Of The Activities;  Euro 560,765.00 Net Of Vat What Total Total Amount Not To Be Subject To A Reduction, For Specialist Services On Request; Or 532,191.00 Euros Net Of Vat For The Optional 12-Month Period, Divided As Follows:  460,810.00 Net Of Vat. To Be Subjected To A Reduction, In Case Of Exercise Of The Extension Option Referred To In The Art. 120 Paragraph 10 Of The Code For A Further Year, Relating To Continuous Fee-Based Services;  Euro 71,381.00 Net Of Vat As The Overall Total Amount Not To Be Subject To A Reduction, For Specialist Services On Request. The Overall Amount For The On Request Specialist Services Represents A Non-Binding Maximum Expenditure Ceiling For Rai, Up To Which Contractual Services Can Be Activated Exclusively On The Basis Of Actual Business Needs And Upon Specific Request From Rai. The Relative Economic Valorisation Of The Individual Specialist Services On Request Will Take Place By Applying The Single Discount Offered To The Unit Prices Indicated In The Table Of Reduced Unit Prices, Included In The Tender Documentation.
