The Contract Is Unitary From A Technical And Contractual Point Of View, But Contains Distinct Financial Components Related To Development And Implementation, Professional Training And Post-Implementation Operational Services. The Purchase Also Includes The Operational Services Required To Operate The Platform For 60 Months After Receipt.
