University Clinical Hospital No. 1 In Lublin 7,911,444 Kwh 2. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Also Called Opz), Which Consists Of 4 Spreadsheets, Including: 2.1. Sheet No. 1 Concerns The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Municipal Office 2.2. Sheet No. 2 Concerns The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Usk1 2.3. Sheet No. 3 Concerns The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Usk4 2.4. Sheet No. 4 Concerns The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Uszd 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Submit The Said Evidence Along With The Offer. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer A Declaration Of Non-Exclusion And Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure, Valid As Of The Date Of Submission Of Offers, In The Form Of The Single European Procurement Document (Spd) In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To Swz 5. Gdpr (Information Obligation And Obligation To Apply): Information Regarding The Protection Of Natural Persons In Connection With The Processing Of Personal Data And On The Free Movement Of Such Data Is Specified In Chapter Xxiii Of Swz 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Designed Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 7. As A Result Of These Proceedings, 4 Separate Agreements Will Be Concluded With Each Ordering Party Included In The Purchasing Group.
