To Guarantee The Lawful Execution Of The Construction, Including The Exercise Of Investor Control During The Execution Of The Cmr, The Preparation Of The Final Report, Technical Passport, Surveying To Secure A Certificate From The Cadastre And Property Register (Zkir), As Well As All The Necessary Documents For The Issuance Of A Permit For Use As A Participant In The Construction Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of Zut.
