Request for proposals for Purchase, Supply & Installation of 190 Solar Street Lights in Mogadishu, Somalia a) Valid National certificate of registration from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Federal Government of Somalia (Bar Code matches with Certificate Information). b) Valid National certificate of registration from the Ministry of Public Works, Reconstruction, and Housing, Federal Government of Somalia (Bar Code matches with Certificate Information). c) Valid National certificate of registration from the Benadir Regional Administration - BRA (Bar Code matches with Certificate Information). d) Valid Tax Compliance Certificate from the Ministry of Finance, Federal Government of Somalia (with a valid and readable QR Code, if applicable). e) Completely Filled out, signed, and Stamped Financial Bid/BOQ. See Attachment L in the Bid Book. f) Filled and Signed Bidders Declaration Confirming the Absence of Any Conflict of Interest (See Annex I of the RFP). The proposals and all corresponding documents related to the proposal must be written in the English language unless otherwise explicitly allowed. No costs incurred by the Bidders in preparing and submitting the proposal are reimbursable by the SINAAN Programme. All such costs will be at the Bidders expense. Proposals and all cost and price figures must be presented in Pounds (GBP). All prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, VAT, levies, fees, and other charges, which must be separately identified in the financial proposal. The Bidder must state in its Proposal the validity period of its offer. The minimum offer acceptance period for this RFP is 180 days from the closing date of this tender.
