Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleaning Services of Nuwara Eliya District Centre, District Secretariat, Nuwara Eliya The Chairman of the Department Procurement Committee (DPC) of the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE), operating under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism, hereby invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the provision of Cleaning Services for a period of 02 years for the following branch offices operating under the Bureau: Bidding documents will be issued at the Procurement Division from 30/09/2026 to 20/10/2026 during working days between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. A letter of request along with a certified copy of the Business Registration Certificate must be submitted for this purpose. Bidding documents can be obtained by presenting the receipt received upon paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000.00 to the Cashier at the Head Office to the Manager - Procurement. If bidding documents are obtained through branch offices, a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000.00 should be deposited into Bank of Ceylon Bureau Account No. 0000001650, and the deposit receipt must be presented to the Officer-in-Charge to obtain the documents. (Applicants must arrive with a written request on the organizations official letterhead to make payment.) Sealed bids, marked Provision of Cleaning Services 2026-2028 on the top left corner of the envelope, should be deposited in Tender Box No. 01 kept at the Procurement Division, 2nd Floor, Head Office Complex, Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment, No. 234, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Koswatta, Battaramulla. Acceptance of bids will close at 1:00 p.m. on 21/10/2026, and bids will be opened at the same time on that day. Late bids will be rejected. Bidders or their authorized representatives may participate at the time of bid opening. The Department Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 07/10/2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the Boardroom of the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment.
