Lrhf Is Inviting Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Construction Management Services For The Multi-Year Phased Redevelopment Of Planeview Place Lodge And Affordable Housing In Leduc, Alberta. The Project Is Planned In Three Separate Phases, And Each Phase Will Include Pre-Construction Services To Support Design, Selective Demolition Of The Existing Site And Construction, Tie-Ins, And Handover Of Each New Residential Building In A Fully Operational State. This Redevelopment Will Occur On The Existing 4.13-Acre Site And Will Operate As Affordable Housing And Support Services. A Total Of 187 Suites – A Combination Of Lodge Rooms, Studio And One-Bedroom – Will Be Provided Through New Construction And The Remaining Lodge.
