A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference (Swz). 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Install And Launch The Subject Of The Order In The Ordering Partys Premises. 4. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Terms Of Reference, In Particular The Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In Annex No. 2 - Technical Parameters To The Swz. Failure To Meet Even One Of The Boundary Conditions Specified In The Above-Mentioned Annexes Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer From The Procedure. 5.
