This Invitation To Tender Is Being Issued By The Health Organization For The Selection Of A Mechanical Contractor As Prime Contractor For Project F538-00: Vgh Jps Medical Vacuum Pump Replacement. The Project Consists Of:1. Demolition And Removal Of The Existing Peerless Medical Vacuum Duplex Pump System Located In The Jim Pattison South (Jps) Level 3 Mechanical Room; And2. Supply, Installation, Testing, And Commissioning Of A New Medical Vacuum Pump System, Including All Associated Controls, Electrical Connections, Building Management System (Bms) Integration, And Alarm Interfaces.The Work Will Be Carried Out Within An Active Healthcare Facility And Will Require Detailed Construction Phasing, Shutdown Planning, And Close Coordination With Vgh Clinical And Fmo. The Contractor Shall Maintain Uninterrupted Facility Operations And Minimize Impacts To The Existing Medical Vacuum System Serving Jim Pattison South Throughout The Construction Period. All Work Shall Be Executed In A Manner That Ensures The Continuous Availability And Reliability Of Critical Medical Vacuum Services. The Ready-For-Takeover Date Is Anticipated To Be March 5, 2027.
