Separate Position No. 4: Performance Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Smr Of The Major Repair Of The Parking Lot On Captain Petko Voivoda Street At Bl. 66 And Bl. 68The Subject Of The Order For Each Individual Position Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities:1. Activity 1: Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Cmr Of The Construction According To Art. 168 Of The Zut, Including Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Site Is Put Into Operation. 2. Activity 2: Preparation Of A Final Report On The Construction According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut, After Signing The Constitutive Act No. 15 To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction. 3. Activity 3: Updating The Technical Passport Of The Object For Which Construction Supervision Was Exercised During Construction, Within The Scope Specified In Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works. 4. Activity 4: Implementation Of The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 R. For The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works.
