The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement:1. Preparation Of An Investment Project For The Site: Renovation Of The Museum House Of Humor And Satire, Gabrovo, According To The Design Assignment.In The Process Of Preparing The Investment Project, To Present Alternative Conceptual Solutions To Be Discussed And Agreed With The Contracting Authority Before The Preparation Of The Work Phase.To Present Options Regarding The Functional Concept, Together With The Reconstruction Of The Welded Premises, New Communication Connections, Including The Provision Of New Entrances/Exits, The Volume-Spatial Layout And The Connection With The Surrounding Environment.The Project, Discussed And Agreed With The Contracting Authority During The Development Process, Should Be Prepared In A Final Form In Accordance With Ordinance 4/2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, In The Working Project Phase, Incl.Textual And Graphic Part, Detailed Bill Of Quantities And Estimated Value Bill For Individual Project Parts And Summary, And Should Include The Following Parts: Architecture; Interior And Furniture; Constructions; Park Planning And Landscaping; Geodesy; Technology (If Necessary), Electrical Installations; Water Supply And Sewerage; Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning; Energy Efficiency; Fire Safety And Accounting Documentation.Each Design Part Should Contain: An Explanatory Note, The Required Technical Calculations, A Graphic Part - Diagrams, Drawings On An Appropriate Scale And Details Clarifying And Ensuring The Implementation Of The Smp, A Technical Specification Ofthe Materials, Required Standards And/Or Parameters, Detailed Bills Of Quantities. In Addition, Suitable Graphic Visualizations Are Also Required - Perspective Views, 3D Visualizations, Photomontages, Diagrams, Tables, Text And Othersillustrative Materials Illustrating The Project Solution In The Most Accessible And Attractive Way.2. Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Site Renovation Of The Museum House Of Humor And Satire, Gabrovothe Full Scope Of Activities Is Detailed In The Design Terms Of Reference And The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
