Subject Of This Public Procurement Delivery And Installation Of Equipment And Furniture In Specific Positions For The Needs Of A Newly Built Multifunctional Sports Hall And An Indoor Swimming Pool On The Territory Of The Town Of Rakovski, Municipality Of Rakovskiseparate Item No. 1: Delivery And Installation Of Furnitureseparate Item No. 2: Delivery And Installation Of Sports Equipmentseparate Item No. 3: Supply, Installation And Adjustment Of Stage Lightingseparate Item No. 4: Supply, Installation And Adjustment Of A Sound And Visualization Systemnote - Application Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop:The Order Is Divided Into Four Separate Items, According To The Type, Purpose And Specifics Of The Equipment And Furniture Intended For Delivery And Installation.Separate Items No. 2 And No. 4 – Respectively For Supply And Installation Of Sports Equipment And Supply, Installation And Adjustment Of A Sound And Visualization System, Will Be Assigned In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement.Separated Items No. 1 And No. 3 – Respectively For Supply And Installation Of Furniture And Supply, Installation And Adjustment Of Stage Lighting, Have An Individual Estimated Value That Does Not Exceed Those Defined In Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop Maximum Amount For One Separate Item For Supplies And Services – 79,998.77 Euros.The Total Estimated Value Of Separate Items No. 1 And No. 3 Amounts To Eur 43,500.00 Excluding Vat, Which Represents 7.96% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order In The Amount Of Eur 546,050.00 Excluding Vat.In This Way, The Conditions Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop - The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of The Specified Separate Items Does Not Exceed The Threshold Defined In The Law, And Their Aggregate Estimated Value Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement.Because Of This, Separate Positions No. 1 And No. 3 Can Be Assigned In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Under The Conditions Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 4 Of The Zop.Regardless, According To The Express Provision Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Positions No. 2 And No. 4 Are Assigned In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Public Procurement.​​​​​​​
