Period Of Execution Of The Order: 1 (One) Year, Starting From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than 13.11.2026.Estimated Value Of The Order: Eur 1491.67 Without Vat Or Eur 1790 With Vat.Object Of The Public Order.The Public Order Includes Service, Preventive Maintenance And Delivery Of Spare Parts.In View Of The Above And In Accordance With Art. 11, Para. 2 Of The Zop And In Connection With Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code, The Main Subject Is Defined As A Service, Since The Estimated Value Of The Services Is Greater Than That Of The Supplies. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Activities Of Service Maintenance, Prevention And Supply Of Spare Parts And Consumables, And These Activities, According To The Requirements Set In The Technical Specification Of The Procurement, Are Complex And Interconnected. In View Of The Above, It Is Advisable To Carry Out The Three Main Activities Mentioned Above By One Contractor, Thus Ensuring Quality And Timely Service Of The Air Conditioning Equipment, Including Through The Supply Of Spare Parts, And The Contractor Under The Contract Will Take Responsibility For The Overall Implementation Of The Maintenance.The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Tender Determined On The Basis Of The Lowest Price Criterion.
