The Planned Construction Activities Include Major Repairs And Improvement Of The Streets, Subject To The Relevant Separate Position, According To The Approved Investment Projects And The Technical Requirements Of The Contracting Authority.At The Time Of The Opening Of The Procedure For Awarding The Public Procurement, Funding For Its Implementation Has Not Been Secured. In This Regard, The Contract For The Implementation Of The Procurement Will Be Concluded Under The Conditions Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code. The Execution Of The Order Will Begin After Securing Financing By The Contracting Authority, About Which The Contracting Authority Will Notify The Contractor In Writing.
