The Subject Of The Order Is A Service For Cleaning And Restoring The Conductivity Of The Pisarovska River Within The Borders Of The Village Of Pisarovo, Iskar Municipality, Pleven District, With An Approximate Length Of About 3,160 M.The Service Includes Preparatory Activities, Removal Of Shrubby And Woody Vegetation, Felling And Removal Of Single Trees, Collection And Sorting Of Branches, Pruning Of Crowns, Removal Of Small Vegetation, Mixed Waste, Silt, Scum, Swamp And Shrubby Vegetation, Water Extraction If Necessary, Removal Of Household Waste, Shaping Of Banks, Demobilization And Accompanying Services For Control, Proof And Acceptance Of The Performed Activities.No Funding Has Been Secured For The Execution Of The Order At The Moment. Given The Legal Possibility Prescribed In Article 114 Of The Civil Code, The Contracting Authority Specifies That, Under This Condition, Each Of The Parties May Request Termination Of The Contract Without Notice After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From Its Conclusion. In This Regard, The Attached Draft Contract Provides For A Clause For Deferred Implementation.
