The General Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Ensure The Functioning Of The System For Bringing Arrays Of Spatial Data And Network Services In Accordance With The Requirements Of Directive 2007/2/Ec On The Creation Of An Infrastructure For Spatial Information In The European Community /Inspire/ (System) In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Regulations And Securing The Information Therein.The Specific Objectives Of The Public Procurement Are:Maintenance Of System Operability;Support And Provision Of Work Processes;Troubleshoot Problems In The Normal Operation Of The System.The Selected Contractor Must Ensure Compliance With The Horizontal And Vertical Principles Of Organization With A View To Fulfilling The Objectives Set By The Employer, So As To Cover The Full Range Of Competencies And Know-How Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Respectively To Guarantee The Necessary Level Of Commitment To The Implementation And Problems Of The Order.The Horizontal Principle Implies The Engagement Of Specialists From Different Units So As To Cover The Necessary Competencies In The Subject Of The Order. The Vertical Principle Includes The Participation Of Experts And Representatives From The Various Management Levels And Expert Areas Necessary For The Correct And High-Quality Execution Of The Order, And Experts With The Necessary Management And Organizational Skills And Capabilities To Implement The Policy In Relation To The Execution Of The Order.
