The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant (Pvpp) With A Capacity Of 124.8 Kwp. For The Production Of Electricity For The Employers Own Needs. The Power Plant Will Be Built In Pi With Identifier 32843.182.25, Located In The Village Of Iskrets, Municipality Of Svoge, Region Sofia. The Chp Consists Of The Following Elements::The Main Elements With The Help Of Which Electricity Is Produced From Incoming Solar Energy Are:Photovoltaic Modulesdirect Current To Alternating Current Converters (Inverter) Auxiliary Elements Are:A Direct Current Distribution System Including Cables Of Suitable Cross-Section, Switching And Protective Equipmentbattery System Distribution System For Alternating Current Including Cables With Appropriate Section, Panels Equipped With Selected Protective And Switching Equipment.Grounding Installationlightning Protection Installationthe Individual Components Of The Pv Power Plant Must Be Selected In Such A Way As To Guarantee The Greatest Possible Energy Production For A Long Period Of Time. The Contractor Should Perform The Activities Under The Assigned Order According To The Project Of The Contracting Authority, Which Contains Detailed Information About The Method Of Implementation, By Means Of The Specifically Proposed System And Its Components, Method Of Installation, Incl. Drawings Of The Location Of The Modules, Electrical Diagrams, Grounding And Lightning Protection, A Diagram Of Connecting The Individual Elements To Each Other, As Well As To The Communication Devices. The Employer Will Provide The Contractor With The Project. All Legally Regulated And Necessary Activities, As Well As Their Value For Warranty Maintenance And For The Purpose Of Putting Them Into Operation, Are Included In The Execution Of The Order And In The Value Indicated By The Contracting Authority.The Object Of The Order Is Construction Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.According To Art. 137, Para. 6 And Art. 147, Para. 1 Item 14 Of Zut, Construction Is The Sixth Category.The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Current Legislation, The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Documentation And The Conditions Of The Contracting Authority.
