The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road (Ul. Adama Grzymały - Siedleckiego) Leading To The Park In The Design And Build Formula As Part Of The Free Time Program In The City Of Proszowice, Area Of Social Integration And Recreation. The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road Will Also Include The Accompanying Infrastructure, Storm Water Drainage, Lighting And Reconstruction / Protection Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure And Will Consist In: A) Developing Design Documentation Together With Obtaining The Consent Of The Competent Authority, Carrying Out The Works (The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Renovation Notification Procedure, But Allows The Notification Of Reconstruction) And All Other Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Necessary To Complete The Investment Task - Based On Applicable Regulations And The Attached Concept. B) Execution Of Construction Works Together With The Protection/Reconstruction Of The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Works Contractor
