Execution Of Construction Works On The Reconstruction Of A Section Of A Forest Road In The Sobowidze Forest District In Accordance With The Attached Documentation. The Contractors Obligation Is To Carry Out Construction Works In Such A Way As To Minimize The Impact On The Surroundings, In Particular By Limiting Noise, Vibrations, Dust, Land Occupation And Causing Traffic Disruptions. Any Materials From Demolition That Cannot Be Reused. The Contractor Will Remove And Dispose Of It On His Own. These Costs Should Be Included In The Lump Sum Price. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: • Site Organization And Surveying Services During Construction. The Ordering Party Does Not Ensure The Supply Of Water, Electricity And Sewage During The Implementation Of The Task. The Contractor Should Ensure Them At His Own Expense And Efforts;• Removal Of All Collisions And Works Not Listed In The Technical Documentation, Which Could Be Predicted After Detailed Review Of The Scope Of Works And Documentation;• Repair Of Other Forest Roads Damaged By Construction Equipment Or Vehicles Delivering Materials;• Maintaining Order During Construction Works (The Ordering Party Anticipates Inspections Of The Construction Site Related To This Scope);• Tidying Up The Area After Completed Construction Works;• Providing The Ordering Party With Complete Documentation As-Built In 2 Copies, Taking Into Account Any Changes In Relation To The Design Documentation (Including Obtaining The Necessary Signatures), Containing All Necessary Approvals, Certificates, Etc. For The Built-In Materials, All Declarations And Other Documents Required By Law.
