The Order Is Carried Out On The Basis Of A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Water Reservoir And Reconstruction Of The Access Road As Part Of The Construction Of The Żeromin - Ruta Water Reservoir Task Attached To The Swz, Which Includes: 1) Architectural And Construction Design, 2) Land Development Design, 3) Technical Design, 4) Executive Design, 5) Stwiorb 6) Decisions The Above-Mentioned Documentation Was Approved By The Decision Starosta Of The Eastern Łódź District No. 485/2025 Of November 5, 2025. Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Above Investment Started On November 18, 20252. The Scope Of The Investment Consisting In The Construction Of A Water Reservoir And Reconstruction Of The Access Road Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Reservoir With An Area Of 4,800 M2 And A Depth Of 2.5 M And A Retention Capacity Of 9,800 M32) Construction Of A Culvert From The Ditch Inflow From Kruszów3) Cleaning And Profiling Of The Ditch4) Reconstruction Of The Access Road To The Reservoir5) Reinforcement Of The Ground Surface And Roadside With Crushed Stone6) Construction Of Two Passing Bays When Executing The Order, The Contractor Must Take Into Account All Duties, Activities And Works As Well As Related Costs, Especially Those Referred To In §3 Section 3 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
