The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of 134 Lighting Fixtures On Roads In The Stare Babice Commune As Part Of The Modernization Of The Lighting System, Listed In Annex 1 To This Contract.2.The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Following Procurement Documents:1) List Of Lighting Points With A List Of Streets - Annex No. 1 To The Contract;2) List Of Lighting Boxes With A Map - Annex No. 2 To The Contract;3) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 3 To The Contract;4) Description Of Lighting Fixtures - Annex No. 4 To The Contract;5) Description Of The Control System - Annex No. 5 To The Contract.3.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of, Among Others: The Following Construction Works And Activities: 1) Disassembly Of Existing Street Lighting Fixtures And Their Disposal; 2) Replacement Of Fuse Plates - 34 Pcs Should Be Replaced. 3) Delivery And Installation Of 134 New Street Lighting Fixtures; 4) Replacement Of Insulated Cables In Booms; 5) Replacement Of Network Equipment And Metal Structures Of Lv Lines; 6) Installation And Commissioning Of A Control System Which Will Ensure At Least The Following Functionalities: A) Switching The Lighting On And Off Street Lighting,B) Dimming And Scheduling Of Individual Street Luminaires,C) Unlimited Creation Of Groups Of Luminaires,D) Measurement Of Energy Consumption And Its Immediate Recording And Archiving,E) Monitoring The Operating Time Of The Light Source And Driver,F) Information About Planned Service, Which Shortens The Response Time And Lowers Maintenance Costs,G) Reporting Of Alarms And Events - Recording Alarm Data From A Single Luminaire,H) Administration Of Multiple Users, Their Roles And The Entire Installation;7) Necessary Measurements And Checking;8) Commissioning Lighting System;9) Providing As-Built Documentation Containing At Least: A) A List Of The Installed Luminaires With A Description Of Their Parameters And A Map Indicating The Location Of Individual Sections And The Parameters Of The Luminaires - Map In Pdf Format, B) Certificates, Approvals For The Installed Luminaires, C) System Operating Instructions, D) Warranty Of The Luminaire Manufacturer, 10) Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation Of The System; 11) Contact With The Distribution System Operator And Taking The Necessary Actions To Properly Perform The Subject Of The Contract; 12) Maintenance Of Modernized Fixtures During The Warranty/Warranty Period In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations, Including: The Following Activities: A) Replacing Defective Or Damaged Fixture Elements And Other Installed Elements, B) Cleaning Lamp Shades From The Outside And, In Justified Cases, From The Inside (In Accordance With The Manufacturers Guidelines Of The Lighting Equipment Used). 4. The Lighting System Delivered As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve.
