Tenders Are Invited For Development Of The Area For A Civil Defense Warehouse - Construction Of A Warehouse Without A Basement

1. The Subject Of The Task Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Mode, I.E. The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation And Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Warehouse Hall Without A Basement. The Contractor, Within 2 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Full Technical Documentation Of The Warehouse Hall To The Extent Necessary To Design The Foundations, Including In Particular: A) A List Of Loads And Support Reactions (Vertical Forces, Horizontal Forces, Moments Bending), B) Foundation And Assembly Guidelines Of The Hall Manufacturer, C) Geometry And Arrangement Diagram Of Starting Anchors/Attached Elements. Based On The Documentation Provided By The Contractor, Referred To In Point 1, The Ordering Party (Investor) Will Prepare, At Its Own Expense And With Its Own Efforts, The Detailed Design Of The Foundations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works On The Foundations Strictly In Accordance With The Design Provided By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With An Approved Detailed Design Of The Foundations. Within 14 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Complete And Correct Guidelines From The Contractor, Referred To In Point 1. Any Delay In Providing The Complete Foundation Guidelines By The Contractor For The Hall Results In A Corresponding Postponement Of The Deadline For Submitting The Project By The Ordering Party And Does Not Constitute The Basis For The Contractors Claims For An Extension Of The Final Deadline For The Investment Implementation. The Contractor Will Calculate In The Offer Price The Labor, Equipment And Materials Necessary For The Physical Construction Of The Foundations (Footings/Strings/Slabs) Based On The Parameters Dimensions Of The Hall And The Geology Of The Area Specified In This Inquiry. The Contractor Will Also Include In The Valuation The Installation Of Starting Anchors Delivered With The Hall Structure. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program With Annexes.
