The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction And Reconstruction Of An External Water Supply System, Sanitary And Storm Sewage Systems, Construction Of A Tight Reservoir For Rainwater Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. 2. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Construction Of An External Sanitary Sewage System, 2) Construction Of An External Water Supply System, 3) Construction Of An External Rainwater Installation, 4) Construction Of A Retention Tank, 5) Demolition And Reconstruction Of Road Elements, Entrances And Roadsides, 6) Internal Installations In The Building, 7) Earthworks: A) Demolition Works, B) Subsoil For Channels And Structures, C) Construction Of Wells Inspection, D) Construction Of The Substructure And Surface Made Of Paving Stones, E) Topsoiling Of Green Areas With Sowing. 8) General Construction Finishing Works: A) Execution Of Moisture And Waterproof Insulation, B) Execution Of Thermal And Anti-Sound Insulation, C) Execution Of A Leveling Layer Under The Floors, D) Execution Of Priming Of The Substrates, E) Execution Of The Floor With Stoneware Tiles. The Ordering Party Informs That The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On An Active Facility, Therefore The Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Does Not Impede The Use Of The Facility And Is Not Inconvenient For Users. The Contractor Will Determine The Individual Stages Of Work With The Ordering Party And The User On An Ongoing Basis, In Particular If The Work Requires Changes Or Communication Restrictions. The Contractor Will Inform The User About The Need To Introduce Temporary Changes Or Restrictions At Least 2 Days Before Their Commencement.
