Size, Scope And Number Of Works: The Main Scope Of Renovation Works Covers An Insulated Roof With A Total Area Of 962 M² And Concerns In Particular: Works With A Photovoltaic Installation: Safe Dismantling Of The Existing Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof (Panels Together With The Supporting Structure And Cabling), Its Appropriate Protection And Storage For The Duration Of Roofing Works, And After Completion Of Work On The Roof - Reassembly, Connection, Commissioning And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Measurements Of The Correct Operation Of The Installation. Preparatory And Demolition Works: Disassembly Of Existing Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters, Downpipes And Elements Of The Old Roofing Felt Made Of Felt Intended For Replacement/Repair On Surface 962 M². Repair And Installation Of A New Roofing Felt: Assessment Of The Technical Condition And Repair Of Existing Layers (Including The Insulation Layer), And Then Construction Of A New, Tight Roof Covering From Felt (E.G.
