The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of The Asphalt Surface Of The Municipal Road Librantowa - Gródek. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Milling Of The Surface, Stabilization Of The Foundation, Construction Of The Upper Layer Of The Foundation From Crushed Aggregate, Construction Of The Asphalt Surface With A Binding And Wearing Layer, Construction Of The Roadside And Replacement Of Drainage Elements - Culvert Channels. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order; 2) A 5-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Respectively. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
