It Could Cause Excessive Technical Difficulties And The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Which Could, In Consequence, Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. This Would Result In An Increase In Unit Prices For Individual Types Of Work Due To Increased Costs On The Part Of The Contractor, In Particular Due To The Relatively High Costs Of Transporting Small Amounts Of Material From The Asphalt Mass Production Plant To The Place Of Construction And The Need To Transport Equipment To Carry Out Small Scopes Of Work. The Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Parts Does Not Limit Competition.4.The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding Single-Source Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Act. 5. The Ordering Party Will Not Select The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction.6.The Ordering Party Does Not Require Submitting An Offer In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs Or Attaching Electronic Catalogues.7.The Ordering Party Awards The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure.
