1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Video Monitoring System In The Masłów Commune, Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled Safe Masłów Commune - Construction Of Video Monitoring. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Configuration Of A Complete Cctv Ip Video Monitoring System, Including The Construction Of 29 Monitoring Points Located In The Masłów Commune, Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Power Supply Installation, Active Devices, Cameras, Housings And Mounting Elements. The Order Also Includes The Construction And Equipment Of The Registration And Surveillance Center In The Commune Office Building. Masłów, Including The Delivery And Installation Of Devices For Receiving, Recording And Storing Images, As Well As Ensuring The Configuration And Commissioning Of The Entire System. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Performing The Necessary Measurements And Tests, Preparing Construction And As-Built Documentation, Making The Required Arrangements And Providing The Ordering Party With A Complete, Efficient And Ready-To-Use Monitoring System. The Order Also Includes The Production, Delivery And Installation Of 16 Information Boards Regarding The Operation Of Video Monitoring In The Masłów Commune, Along With Supporting Structures (Posts), Fastening Elements And Necessary Work Related To Their Transport, Foundation And Assembly In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Boards Should Be Made In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Should Have Its Own Alarm Monitoring Station And Its Own Video Monitoring Station, Enabling 24-Hour Reception, Monitoring And Handling Of Alarm Signals And Images From The Systems Covered By The Monitoring Service. The Contractor Is Obliged To Connect A Permanent Fiber-Optic Link Directly To Each Of The Planned Monitoring Points, Ensuring Correct Data Transmission Between The Monitoring Points And The Registration And Supervision Center. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make All Necessary Arrangements With The Supplier Or Distributor Of Telecommunications Services, In Particular Regarding The Technical Possibilities Of Connection, Conditions And Method Of Connection, Required Devices, Fees And Other Costs Related To The Provision And Launch Of The Connection. In The Offer Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Costs Related To The Implementation, Installation, Commissioning And Ensuring The Proper Functioning Of Fiber Optic Connections Necessary To Achieve A Complete And Fully Functional Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring The Completeness And Proper Operation Of The Telecommunications Infrastructure Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Monitoring System, Regardless Of The Scope Of Activities Or Arrangements Required By The Telecommunications Service Provider.
