1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Subsequent Delivery Of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Lpg) With Cn Codes: 2711 12, 2711 19 00 For The Needs Of Stacja Autogaz Pgkim Sp. Z O. O. Based In Hrubieszów.2.The Gas That Is The Subject Of The Order Must Meet All Quality Parameters Specified In The Standards And Legal Provisions Applicable In Poland On A Given Delivery Date, I.E. In Particular: 1) The Act Of August 25, 2006 On The Fuel Quality Monitoring And Control System (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1209, As Amended); 2) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of May 28, 2021 In On Quality Requirements For Liquefied Gas (Lpg) (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 744, As Amended);3) Regulation Of The Minister Of State Assets Of November 27, 2019 On A Detailed List Of Liquid Fuels Whose Production, Storage Or Reloading, Transmission Or Distribution, Trade, Including Foreign Trade, Require A License And The Import Of Which Requires Entry In The Register Of Importing Entities (Journal Of Laws 2021, Item 2336, As Amended);4) Standard Pn-En 589:2019-04 Fuels For Motor Vehicles - Lpg - Requirements And Test Methods;5) Other - Amended During The Deliveries Standards And Regulations Specifying Quality And Legal Requirements.3.Estimated Volume Of The Subject Of The Order - 200,000 Dm3. The Actual Volume Of The Order May Change According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, However, It Will Not Be Less Than 50% Of The Estimated Volume Of The Order.4.The Ordering Party Envisages Exercising The Option Right During The Execution Of The Order Consisting In Increasing Or Decreasing The Total Volume Of The Subject Of The Order By ± 20% Compared To The Basic Volume Specified In Section 3.5.The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, Before Concluding The Contract, Obtains Civil Liability Insurance For His Business Activities To The Extent Consistent With The Subject Of The Order (Tort And Contract) For A Minimum Amount Of Pln 500,000.00 (In Words: Five Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100) For The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Agreement.6.Deliveries:1) The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej I Mieszkaniowej Sp.
