The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Of Preparing, Delivering And Serving Meals (Catering Service) For: Year 2027A) Participants Of The Care And Housing Center (Com) In Brzostowa Góra, Run By The Social Welfare Center In Majdan Królewski - The Planned Number Of Participants Benefiting From Meals Is: • About 18 People Benefiting From Daily Stay - On Working Days, • About 2 People Benefiting From The Stay 24 Hours A Day - On All Days Of The Year, Whereas: 1) For Com Participants Staying On A Daily Basis, The Service Will Be Provided In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, I.E. For Approximately 253 Working Days;2) For Com Participants Staying 24 Hours A Day, The Service Will Be Provided In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, I.E. 365 Days;B) Persons Indicated By The Social Welfare Center In Majdan Królewski, Who Were Granted Assistance In The Form Of A Meal Based On Administrative Decisions - The Planned Number Of People Benefiting From The Meals Is Approximately 15 People On Average Per Month. Meals Will Be Delivered To The Places Of Residence Of These People In The Majdan Królewski Commune, On Working Days, In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, I.E. For Approximately 253 Working Days. For Approximately 251 Working Days; 2) For Com Participants Staying On A 24-Hour Basis, The Service Will Be Provided In The Period From January 1, 2028 To December 31, 2028, I.E. For 366 Days; B) Persons Indicated By The Social Welfare Center In Majdan Królewski, Who Were Granted Assistance In The Form Of A Meal Based On Administrative Decisions - The Planned Number Of People Benefiting From The Meals Is Approximately 15 People On Average Per Month.
