The Subject Of The Order Is Manufacture And Delivery Of Office Furniture According To Designs - In Accordance With Parts, I.E.: 1.1 Part I - Chancellery Of The Regional Council2.The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (In Short: Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz/Appendix No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu). 3. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Regarding The Above Public Procurement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract, Are Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.4.Due To The Fact That The Order Is Intended For Use By Natural Persons, Including The Ordering Partys Employees, Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users - In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1 And 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Were Included In Point 11 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 5. Instructions For The Contractor Are Available On The Platform At: Https://Slaskie.Ezaniąjacy.Pl/Servlet/Homeservlet?Mp_Module=Main&Mp_Action=Publicfileslist&Clientname=Slaskie&User_Menu_Hover=Publicfileslist6.The Subject Of The Order Includes: Execution And Delivery, Transport And Unloading, Assembly, Bringing And Setting, Leveling Of Furniture In Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party In Buildings In Katowice.7.The Order Parameters Presented In The Detailed Requirements Constitute The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Expected By The Ordering Party.8.If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Names Of Materials And Products Of Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials And Products With At Least The Same Technical And Quality Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used, Efficiency, Durability And Quality Are Not Inferior To The Quality Of The Materials And Products Described In Opz.9.A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 10. The Subject Of The Order Must Be: Brand New, Complete, Free From Construction Or Workmanship Defects Or Resulting From Other Negligence Of The Contractor Or Manufacturer That Could Be Revealed During Their Use. It Must Be Made Of Safe Materials Approved For Use And Have Approvals, Certificates And Approvals In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 11. Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Require The Contractor Whose Offer Was Selected As The Most Advantageous To Submit Appropriate Documents Confirming Compliance With The Standards Referred To In The Opz. Failure To Submit Appropriate Documents Within The Set Deadline Will Be Treated As Failure To Conclude The Contract - Art. 26
