The Scope Of Design Work Includes, Among Others: - Development Of Geotechnical Research, - Obtaining And Verifying All Data And Information Necessary To Complete The Project, - Obtaining A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment Or A Decision On Development Conditions, - Developing A Construction Design (Including The Necessary Arrangements) And Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit, - Developing A Multi-Discipline Technical Design Constituting An Element Of The Entire Construction Design, - Developing Multi-Discipline Documentation Execution - Including The Development Of Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For Each Type Of Construction Work, - Development Of An Executive Design For 3D Technology Climbing Walls, Taking Into Account The Spatial Geometry Of The Walls, Supporting Structure, Plating And The Arrangement Of Sockets For Climbing Holds, And Safety Points, - Making Inter-Industry Arrangements And Coordinating Design Documentation, - Obtaining The Required Checks, Arrangements, Studies, And Approvals Of Design Documentation Required By Law, Including Arrangements With The Ordering Party, Which Are Necessary For The Implementation Of The Works, - Development Of A Program Of Conservation Works, - Coordination Of The Project With Representatives Of The Office Of The Conservator Of Monuments, - Consultations And Implementation Of Conservation Recommendations, - Preparation Of Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection, - Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates, - Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
