The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Active Physical Protection Services For People, Utility Facilities And Property Belonging To The Ordering Party Located At Ul. Wilczak 53 In Poznań Through Activities Preventing Crimes And Offenses Against Persons And Property, Preventing Damage Resulting From These Events And Preventing Unauthorized Persons From Entering The Protected Area, As Well As Electronic Protection. The Physical Security Service Will Be Provided On Business Days From Monday To Friday From 5.00 To 22.00 (17 Hours), And On Indicated Saturdays In Accordance With The Schedule Provided In Advance By The Ordering Party At From 5.00 To 16.00 (11 Hours). The Detailed Number Of Hours Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Grounds Specified In The Contract. Notifications About Additional Hours Or Changes In The Provision Of Physical Security Services Will Be Sent In Writing, By Fax Or E-Mail At Least One Week Before The Start Of The Service. The Electronic Protection Service Will Be Provided During Hours Not Covered By The Physical Protection Referred To Above, I.E. In Particular - On Sundays, Holidays And Non-Working Saturdays. Employees Providing Physical Security Services Must Be Entered On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Employees Kept By The Commander-In-Chief Of The Police. Pursuant To Article 95(1) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Employ Employees Performing Physical Protection Activities Of Persons And Property At Word In Poznań Under An Employment Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974. The Ordering Party Requires That Employees Whose Remuneration Is Equal To Or Exceeds The Equivalent Of The Minimum Remuneration Referred To In The Act Of October 10, 2002, Be Assigned To Perform The Subject Of The Order. On The Minimum Wage (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1773, As Amended). Security Staff Must Have Physical And Mental Ability To Perform Tasks Confirmed By Medical And Psychological Certificates Whose Validity Has Not Expired In Accordance With Art. 26 Section 3 Points 7 Of The Act On The Protection Of Persons And Property. The Number Of Employees Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Contractor, Taking Into Account The Deadline And The Specificity Of The Ordering Partys Facility. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Undertakes To Present Current Documents Confirming That The Subject Of The Contract Is Performed By Persons Who Are The Contractors Employees. The Contractor May Not Entrust The Protection Of Persons And Property In Whole Or In Part To Another Contractor, Except For The Services Of The Intervention Group. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate To The Ordering Party In Writing The Employees Subordinated To Him Who Are To Perform The Subject Of The Order. The Change Of Emp
