1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Called Construction Of A Village Community Center In Tarło Kolonia - Stage I: Construction Of The Building To Zero Condition.2.Stage I Includes The Construction Of The Building Only To The Zero Condition, I.E. To The Level Of The Floor On The Ground, Along With The Works Necessary For The Proper Execution And Protection Of This Stage, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Stwiorb And Bills Of Quantities.1) Preparatory Works, Including Geodetic Marking Out Of The Facility, Preparation And Securing Of The Construction Site And Execution Of Demolition And Earthworks To The Extent Necessary To Construct The Foundations;2) Execution Of Strip Footings And Footings, Foundation Walls And Other Structure Elements Underground Of The Building, Along With The Required Reinforcement, Concreting And Concrete Curing; 3) Implementation Of Moisture-Proof And Thermal Insulation Of Foundations, Drainage Or Other Protection Provided For In The Design Documentation, As Well As Backfilling And Soil Compaction; 4) Execution Of The Foundation, Structural Layers Of The Floor On The Ground And A Slab Or Concrete Floor On The Ground, If This Results From The Design Documentation; 5) Execution Of Culverts, Protective Sleeves And Sections Of Under-Floor Installations And Connections In To The Extent Necessary To Complete The Ground Level Works, Together With Tests And Acceptances Required For These Works;6) Carrying Out The Necessary Works Related To The Drainage Of Excavations, Securing Excavations And Foundation Elements And Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works;7) Carrying Out Surveying Services, Surveys, Tests, Measurements And As-Built Documentation Regarding The Works Covered By Stage I;8) Securing The Completed Ground Level Works Against Damage, Access By Unauthorized Persons And The Adverse Effects Of Conditions Atmospheric Conditions Until The Next Stage Of Works Begins.3.The Scope Of The Order Includes All Materials, Devices, Activities, Arrangements And Documents Necessary For The Proper, Complete Execution Of The Zero-Level Works In Accordance With The Documentation.4.Design Documentation, Stwiorb And Bills Of Quantities Should Be Used Only To The Extent Necessary To Perform Zero-Level Works. In Case Of Discrepancies, Priority Shall Be Given To The Description Of The Scope Of The Order Contained In Points 4.1-4.7 Of The Swz, And Then To The Design Documentation And Stwiorb; Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature When Calculating The Offer Price.5.The Order Does Not Include, In Particular, The Construction Of Above-Ground Walls, Ceilings, Roof Structures And Coverings, Joinery, Finishing Works, Internal Installations Performed Above The Floor Level On The Ground, Or Works Related To Land Development And Construction Of An Exit, Unless Specific Works Have Been Clearly Indicated As Necessary For The Proper Execution And Protection Of The Ground Level In The De
