General Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Program And Spatial Concept, And After Its Approval, Multi-Sector, Internally Coordinated Construction Designs And Technical Designs, Detailed Designs, A Program Of Conservation Works, Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities, Along With Information Regarding Health And Safety. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By: Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Opz (Annex 2 To The Swz), • Annex No. 1 To The Opz - Scope Of The Study, • Annex No. 2 To The Opz - Dnsh. The Resulting Documentation Will Be The Basis For The Preparation Of Multi-Sector Design Documentation, Both To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit, As Well As Documentation In The Form Of Technical And Executive Designs Providing The Basis For Announcing A Tender Procedure In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law. 4. The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Draft Contract With Attachments.5.In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Indicates Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Manufacturers Or Devices), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.6.The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Order Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.7 Act.In Connection With The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks Of The Order.
