1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of The Premises Of The Public Health Center In Żabno (Doctors Offices, Treatment Rooms, Nurses And Midwifes Offices, Registration, Waiting Rooms And Adaptation Of Toilets To The Needs Of Disabled People. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Improve The Accessibility Of Medical Services To Patients, Including Elderly People And Disabled People (With Limited Mobility).2) The Task Is Planned To Carry Out Works Relating To: • Dismantling Works, • Tiling Works, • Painting Works, • Filling Walls, • Installing Suspended Ceilings, • Laying Pvc Floor Coverings, • Interior Joinery, • Installing Sanitary Fittings, • Covering Stairs With Tiles, • Electrical Installation, • Ventilation Installation, • Water And Sewage Installation, • Central Heating Installation. 3) Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Are Determined By:  Design Documentation - Annex No. 5 To The Swz  Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 4 To The Swz,  Stwiorb - Annex No. 6 To The Swz Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz4) Works Included In The Object Of The Contract Include Works Concerning Eligible Costs (Bill Of Quantities, Items 1 To 217) And Non-Eligible Costs (Bill Of Quantities, Items 218 To 280). Due To The Above, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Issue Two Invoices For The Works Performed - One For The Value Of The Works Concerning Eligible Costs And The Other For Non-Eligible Costs.
