Tenders Are Invited For Service Of The Bayer Centargo Contrast Injector From The Tk/1 Studio

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Servicing Of The Bayer Centargo Contrast Injector From The Tk/1”2 Workshop. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Subject And Conditions Of The Implementation Of This Order Should Be In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices And Regulation (Eu) 2017/745 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 5 2017 On Medical Devices Or Regulation (Eu) 2017/746 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 5 April 2017 On In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices (If Applicable) And Other Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard.4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed By Employees With A Personal Certificate Issued By The Equipment Manufacturer, To Be Presented Immediately At The Request Of The Ordering Party (Max. 2 Business Days, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract). 5. The Contractor Should Perform The Service In Accordance With The Instructions For Use Of The Devices, The Manufacturers Recommendations, And With Due Diligence Required By Law. 6. Periodic Inspection Of The Devices Will Be Performed On Dates Previously Agreed With The Ordering Party, And Their Frequency And Scope Will Result From The Recommendations Of The Device Manufacturer Included In The Instructions For Use.
